Flight Details

After receiving a positive response from the university about admission to study, the candidate must get a visa and then buy an Air Ticket to any Ukrainian airport or Boryspil / Zhulyani airport in Kyiv. According to the official Ukrainian Border Security Service rules and regulations, we must submit the information of every international student arriving in our country. 

Therefore, 5-7 days before the arrival, the student must inform the company by e-mail or by phone about his arrival and send a copy of the ticket with the details of the flight, time, date, and airport of arrival. If the student in advance does not provide this data, he may be deported from the airport back to his home country.

Airport Clearance & Meeting

Further, the employees of our organization meet students at any airport in Ukraine, assure smooth immigration clearance, and accompany them to the university, or to the university hotel to accommodate. Upon arrival in Ukraine, after payment for tuition and official admission to the university students, foreign students submit documents to the Migration Service of Ukraine. 

They issued a certificate of temporary residence for a year, with a further extension for each subsequent academic year of study. To get a certificate of temporary residence upon arrival in Ukraine for the first time, foreign students need to pay registration costs, health insurance, immigration insurance, and some other mandatory payments.
